Every patient is screened before surgery. I bring hospital-level monitoring, airway equipment and emergency drugs to your office.
For full-arch cases, a secured nasotracheal airway keeps the mouth clear for surgery while I manage breathing, depth and vital signs from induction through recovery.
How it works: send the case and preferred date; I screen the patient; on surgery day I set up, run the anesthesia and oversee recovery and discharge to an escort.

Service area and cases
Based in Bergen County, NJ. Licensed in NJ and NY, I travel to practices across northern and central New Jersey and the New York suburbs, generally within about 90 minutes.
New Jersey: Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, Essex, Morris, Union, Middlesex, Somerset and Monmouth counties. New York: Rockland and Westchester counties and nearby suburbs.
I work with oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists, and general and implant dentists doing full-arch work. General anesthesia and sedation for patients of all ages.
Questions surgeons ask
I already do my own IV sedation. Why would I use you?
Because IV sedation and general anesthesia with a protected airway are different tools. Sedation works well for shorter cases. For a multi-hour full-arch case, an intubated, unconscious patient is still, cannot aspirate, and never lightens mid-case, so you move faster and finish sooner. Surgeons who work with me report often doubling the cases they can do on a surgery day, which is more revenue from the same chair and the same team. And for the hours I am there, you are a surgeon, not a surgeon-and-sedationist.
Is general anesthesia safe in a dental office?
With a physician anesthesiologist, appropriate patient selection, and hospital-level equipment and monitoring, yes. I screen every patient beforehand, bring my own anesthesia equipment and emergency drugs, and stay with the patient from induction through recovery.
Which cases are a good fit?
All-on-X and full-arch implant surgery, multiple extractions with grafting, and other long or complex office procedures. Also patients who are very anxious, have a strong gag reflex, or simply want to be completely asleep. General anesthesia and sedation for patients of all ages.
How does the patient go home?
After the case I extubate and recover the patient in your office. They are discharged to a responsible adult escort with written instructions, the same way they would be after an outpatient procedure.
How far do you travel?
About 90 minutes from Bergen County, NJ: northern and central New Jersey plus Rockland and Westchester in New York. Practices farther out are a good fit when there are several cases booked on the same day.
What does my office need to have?
Just oxygen and suction. I bring the anesthesia equipment, advanced monitoring and emergency supplies, and I can work in almost any size operatory. The building needs to be ground level or have an elevator.
